Physical Characteristics

Please enter all of your physical characteristics below. We use these for a lot of things, such as clothing sizes for a shoot. These are highly important- please be very honest. There is nothing more embarrasing than not fitting into a dress because you fibbed about your size on a shoot. If you aren't sure of your exact measurements, guess them and note it in the comments section below.

Modeling Types:

Now we need you to tell us which types of modeling you are comfortable with and which you aren't. This is used for searches of our database for specific types of shoots. If you are totally comfortable with a type of modeling, leave the selection as-is. If you are possibly interested in a type of modeling but have questions or reservations, select the second button for that type.

Experience:

Please tell us all relevant experience you may have, including pageants, etc. If you are a beginner and have none, that is perfectly fine but please say so. Additionally please list any other skills and interests you have such as singing, dancing, or interesting hobbies.

General Comments & Availability:

Please tell us the best times to reach you, the best times you would be available to work, and your ability to travel. If you currently have set rates, please list those (as well as for what type of work) in the second box.

Please tell us something about yourself- the below is just for fun, but it can give us an idea of your personality, and your likes and dislikes. I.e., if you are a big fan of hard rock music we will often try to make sure we have some on-hand to listen to during a shoot.
